These terms govern your use of the GaadiGo application and services. By accessing GaadiGo, you agree to follow them.

Using GaadiGo
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Keep your phone and account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must not misuse the platform.
Our role
GaadiGo is a technology platform that helps passengers connect with independent captains and vehicle owners. Unless stated otherwise, GaadiGo does not itself provide transportation, employ captains, or own listed vehicles.
Fare offers and bookings
Passengers may propose a fare and captains may accept or counter-offer. A booking is confirmed only after both sides agree. Estimates can change when the route, waiting time, tolls, parking, taxes, or requested service changes. Any extra charge must be communicated clearly.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Pay using the methods shown in the app or agreed before travel, including UPI, PhonePe, or cash. Cancellation fees may apply when disclosed before confirmation. Valid refund requests are reviewed against the trip record and payment method.
Passenger and captain conduct
Treat others respectfully and obey applicable law. Harassment, discrimination, threats, dangerous driving, fraud, illegal goods, account sharing, and damage to a vehicle are prohibited. Captains must hold valid licences, permits, insurance, and vehicle documents.
Safety
Use the correct OTP to begin a ride and verify vehicle and captain details. Seat belts and helmets must be used where required. SOS and support features assist with emergencies but do not replace police, ambulance, or other emergency services.
Rentals and owner-listed vehicles
Rental availability, deposit, kilometre allowance, fuel, driver, damage, late return, and cancellation rules must be shown or agreed before use. Owners must have authority to list a roadworthy, insured vehicle. Renters remain responsible for permitted use and agreed charges.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close access when these terms, safety standards, laws, or another person's rights are breached; when documents expire; or when fraud or risk is reasonably suspected. You may stop using GaadiGo at any time.
Liability
GaadiGo is provided subject to applicable Indian law. To the extent legally permitted, we are not responsible for indirect loss, events outside reasonable control, or the independent acts of passengers, captains, or owners. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property and changes
GaadiGo names, designs, software, and content belong to GaadiGo or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially reuse them without permission. We may update these terms and will publish the revised date or provide notice where required.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana will handle disputes, subject to mandatory consumer rights. For questions, contact GaadiGo Support on WhatsApp at +91 9666494992.
